Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, including training and providing backup support.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on short and long-term sales strategies and revenue opportunities.
• Serve as CRM champion and optimize sales processes across the branch network.
• Drive internal workflow improvements and ensure efficient workload distribution.
