Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations or inside sales leadership.
• Strong CRM expertise and experience as a superuser.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, including training and backup support.
• Guide team prioritization and time management for efficient workload distribution.
• Provide coaching on customer interactions, including navigating difficult conversations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture with the Branch Manager.
• Collaborate on short- and long-term sales strategies and drive revenue opportunities.
• Understand and improve internal sales and operational processes; champion CRM and related tools.
