Vyron Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the Inside Sales team and optimize revenue growth across Wisconsin. You will champion CRM adoption, coach staff, and collaborate with the Branch Manager on sales strategy.

This role focuses on process excellence, cross-functional coordination, and maximizing efficiency through tools and analytics, while supporting office operations in multiple branches within the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or branch operations.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process tools; experience as a superuser is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, including training and backup support.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on short and long-term sales strategies and revenue opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and oversee CRM and other sales tools usage.
• Foster collaboration across branches and departments to share best practices.
