Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Baltimore to assist the Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Operations Manager in directing daily warehouse operations, staffing, training, assets, and budgeting to ensure accurate orders and efficient service.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of warehouse experience, be eligible to work in the United States, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to open/close the warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read/write detailed instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Operations Manager and Assistant Branch Operations Manager in directing daily warehouse operations.
• Review safety procedures and model compliance for the team.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a customer-service orientation in all interactions.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are delivered and inventory is maintained.
• Safely operate vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise.
