Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to monitor DOT compliance and safety policies while collaborating with branch leadership. The starting wage is $26.00–$30.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license or complete company CDL training within 90 days.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilités

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Complete routes for absent employees and assist with loading and sorting.
• Monitor safety, DOT compliance, and company policies; track department reports.
• Participate in weekly operations meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff; travel may be required.
