• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with operational and financial activities to support profitability and performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership reflecting the company’s mission and core values.
• Help establish a team culture among service and installation personnel and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Administer and reinforce company policies and procedures across the branch.
• Support employee engagement with coaching, feedback, and timely performance input.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and branch reports; monitor paperwork flow.
• Aid in inventory control, including cost of goods, turn ratio, and receiving products.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training branch employees.
• Review financial and operational data with the Branch Manager to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Support optimization of branch operations to improve service and efficiency.
• Assist in developing new programs and executing plans to meet sales goals.
• Support sales plans to retain and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with local management to maintain safety best practices in the field.
