Job summary

QXO, North America’s leading distributor of insulation and building materials, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a busy operations network in the Tukwila area. You will oversee sales, admin, warehouse, and shop activities, drive lean improvements, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering strong profits.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of supervisory experience in related sales/account management, solid P&L knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales and account management within this region, especially with General Contractors and an industrial customer base.
• Solid understanding of P&L management to achieve business plans and financial targets.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations and resources to achieve maximum profits.
• Oversee sales, administration, operating expenditures, and warehouse/shop activities.
• Develop long-range plans, budgeting cycles, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with other parts of the company to support sales and operations.
• Manage branch P&L and overall performance, including safety compliance.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies and monitor KPIs.
• Provide guidance, training, and growth opportunities for staff.
