Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years in management and customer interface roles.
• At least 5+ years in sales and/or sales management.
• Over 10 years of personnel management experience including HR responsibilities.
• Telecommunications experience or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise and evaluate branch staff.
• Develop opportunities, assign to Sales Reps or Sales Manager, track results.
• Set quotas and margin targets for Sales Reps/Manager.
• Monitor quota achievement and provide sales leadership at the branch.
• Coordinate activities with regional management and other branches.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
