Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; resolve issues promptly.
• Support Fleet Operations including licensing, permitting, and service vehicle processing.
• Perform process analyses using reports (e.g., 1211) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain personnel files, payroll, and hiring paperwork.
