Job summary

Naturescape is hiring a Lawn Care Specialist to service residential and commercial properties across our Delafield, WI area. You will be the face of our company in the field, performing lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, as well as mosquito control.

We offer weekly bonuses, overtime opportunities, and a path to management. This is a full-time, on-site role with paid training and comprehensive benefits, including a strong 401K match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a route and perform precise lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control.
• Work 10-hour days, 4 days per week, with variations due to weather and customer needs.
• Be the face of the company in the field, explaining services and building rapport with customers.
