Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motivated with a desire to learn.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production, increasing sales and developing employees.
• Meet weekly with branch employees to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
• Coach specialists individually to maximize performance and hire new staff to keep the branch staffed.
• Direct administrative assistants to ensure customers receive high-quality service and education.
• Audit specialists' work, meet customers to discuss concerns, and drive branch forward with efficient routing.
