Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years customer service or administrative experience; preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn PWM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients and visitors professionally.
• Act as liaison between financial advisors and internal PWM support teams.
• Assist Social Media strategy for the branch (LinkedIn, Website, X).
• Enhance internal branch operations for advisor effectiveness and marketability.
• Process daily check deposits.
• Maintain CRM and client communications for advisors.
