Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and supervise branch office support associates.
• Establish and implement branch procedures and communicate with staff.
• Coordinate branch marketing initiatives and monitor budgets and reports.
• Perform compliance reviews and back up Branch Manager as needed.
• Lead monthly branch support staff meetings and performance management.
• Schedule hours, onboarding/off-boarding, and staffing metrics; act as backup.
