Job summary

Baird is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant in Seattle to support client service and branch operations. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience for in-person visitors and calls, with close collaboration with Financial Advisors and PWM support teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service or admin experience, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Polished communication and client service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of compliance policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from internal associates and partners in a professional manner.
• Assist the branch Social Media strategy.
• Coordinate branch luncheons and set up rooms.
• Process daily check deposits and mail routing.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance policies for inquiries.
• Keep office supplies stocked and manage conference rooms.
• Copy, fax, file materials and support special projects.
