Join Staffmark as a Branch Operations Associate in Cincinnati, OH

Pay:

$19 - $20/hr.

Schedule:

8am - 5pm

Essential Tasks:

1. Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone, processing orders accurately and addressing concerns promptly.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and stay informed on products and industry trends.
3. Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment.
4. Accurately pick, pack, stage, and double-check orders while keeping warehouse operations organized and efficient.
5. Receive and properly stock incoming deliveries while prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
6. Remain open to cross-training across departments, including inventory, sales, and logistics.
7. Show initiative and reliability to earn opportunities for leadership roles and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with plumbing/electrical fields and computer skills.
