Role: Oversees branch team members and serves as a resource for all branch functions and services. Responsible for branch operations focusing on service, quality, teamwork, resource management, coaching, sales, and administration. Ensures member experiences align with the mission, strategy, and growth objectives to maximize acquisition, retention, and relationship depth, while adhering to policies and ensuring ethical practices.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Assistant Branch Managers and provide guidance to all branch staff, including performance management, coaching, recognition, and development to meet key performance metrics.
2. Handle internal and external member concerns, providing guidance on operational, risk management, and HR issues.
3. Drive sales and service performance, emphasizing member education and adopting new products and technologies for effectiveness.
4. Deescalate challenging member situations with problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a focus on retention.
5. Collaborate with peers and lead or participate in projects related to the Member Experience division.
6. Prepare and manage the branch’s annual budget and operating expenses.
7. Ensure adequate staffing to meet member needs.
8. Perform roles of Teller, Lead Teller, Member Service Representative, as needed.
9. Remain vigilant and report suspicious activities.
10. Promote the Credit Union through community involvement and visibility.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities; NMLS credentials required or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, diplomacy, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
