Branch Office Administrator (BOA) Role

If you are seeking a fulfilling career, the BOA role may be suitable for you. BOAs team up with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. We serve over seven million clients. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client team, and we attribute much of our success to their diverse experiences and professional backgrounds. Support and Training
  • Comprehensive 6-month training including mentorship from an experienced peer
  • A wide support network extending from your branch to regional and home office levels
  • While often working independently, you will have a team backing you every step of the way
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Participate actively in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Listen actively for client needs that may require additional services
  • Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events

  • Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
  • Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency
