As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the client support team, serving as the first point of contact for clients both over the phone and in person. Your primary responsibility is to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and work collaboratively with financial advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Branch Address: 8 Depot Street Suite 2, Bridgton, ME

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized client service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen to clients to identify additional service opportunities.
