At Edward Jones, our field associates are called branch teams, typically consisting of two or three people. As a Client Support Team Professional, you are a critical member of that team, working alongside the financial advisor. You are the first voice clients hear when they call and the first face they see when they visit. Your main responsibility is to understand your clients deeply, helping them identify and address their needs, and working with your financial advisor to help them achieve their financial goals.
