Position Overview: Branch Office Administrator (BOA)

If you are seeking a fulfilling career, the BOA role may be right for you. BOAs team up with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. We serve over seven million clients. Our BOAs are a valued part of the client team, and we value diverse experiences and viewpoints.

Support and Training
  • Comprehensive 6-month training including mentorship from an experienced peer
  • A wide support network from your branch to regional and home office levels
  • Work independently with a strong backing from a large team
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Participate in annual business planning to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for client needs that may require additional services
  • Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing events

  • Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
