Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $23.00/hr

At Edward Jones, we intentionally call our field associates branch teams. Most of our teams are small, with two or three people. In a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member, working alongside the financial advisor. You are the first voice clients hear when they call or walk in. Your main responsibility is to understand your clients deeply, helping them identify and anticipate their needs. You and your financial advisor collaborate to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Compensation

Edward Jones offers a competitive, human-centered pay approach with bonuses and profit sharing based on performance and firm profitability.

Hiring Range: $22.50 - $23.91
