At Edward Jones, we call our field associates branch teams. Most teams consist of two or three people, with the Client Support Team Professional playing a critical role alongside the financial advisor. You are the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. Your main responsibility is to understand clients deeply to help identify and anticipate their needs, working closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
