Job summary

Workers Credit Union in Orange, MA, is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative II to provide exceptional member service, manage deposits and loans, and drive branch goals. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling and cross-selling eligible products, with on-site responsibilities at the Orange Branch.

You'll open and service deposit and loan accounts, participate in community activities, and work to achieve sales targets while adhering to security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• MSR II: Minimum of one year of branch banking experience.
• Knowledge of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions.
• Strong attention to cash handling accuracy and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of all deposit and loan products and electronic delivery channels.
• Open and service all types of WCU deposit and loan accounts.
• Lobby leadership as scheduled by management.
• Originate consumer loan applications (auto, personal, debt consolidation).
• Refer members to internal business partners for small business, investments, mortgages, consumer and insurance services.
