Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading/coaching a team and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
• Preferred: college degree or underwriting/financial industry experience.

Target base salary range is $57,900-$82,450, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts
