OneMain Financial in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Branch Manager who will build a customer‑focused environment and lead a high‑performing team. You will present lending options, coach staff, and drive service excellence while meeting sales goals.

You will oversee training on operations, compliance and collections, manage performance feedback, and ensure policy adherence. This is an on‑site role with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date

• Oversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing mutually beneficial solutions

• Provide actionable feedback to support team members growth and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Inspire high performance while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing strategic thinking to adapt to challenges

REQUIREMENTS

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday shifts
