OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer‑focused team in a on‑site Indiana location. You will present lending options, coach staff, and drive branch goals through structured meetings, training and hands‑on guidance.

Responsibilities include overseeing collections, coaching staff, attracting/talent development and ensuring compliance. You’ll collaborate with peers and leadership to uphold standards and foster growth across the branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience in meeting sales goals.
