Job summary

OneMain Financial in New Jersey is seeking a Branch Manager to create an outstanding, community-focused environment. You will lead by example, coaching a team to offer loan products that meet customers’ needs and drive responsible growth.

You will hire and develop talent, ensure compliance, and travel locally for business development while achieving sales goals. This role offers base salary with performance-based incentives and opportunities to advance into district leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: College degree or underwriting/credit decision experience.

You will be a coach training the team to achieve financial goals in a responsible manner.

In the role

• Drive branch performance by motivating team members while maintaining compliance with all policies and applicable laws
• Uses strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues as they arise with speed and consistency
• Must be able to travel locally for business development purposes

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required

Preferred Requirements

• College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience

LOCATION

On site

Target base salary range is $52,000 to 60,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance
