Ferguson is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the El Paso waterworks branch. This hands-on leadership role includes supervising 5–7 associates, managing daily operations, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in day-to-day branch functions and people management.
• Water, wastewater or related infrastructure industry experience.

• Proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
• Understanding of sales side of the business and how to influence sales.
• Strong relationship building skills (customers, vendors, associates, etc)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Financial literacy with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our El Paso waterworks branch operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong operational and financial competence.

Position Details:

• Reports to the General Manager
• Direct oversight of 5 to 7 associates
• Manages branch volume of $20MM

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range:

$4,541.67 - $7,258.34

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
