Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Branch Manager for the Medford, OR Waterworks operation. This hands-on leadership role supervises daily branch activities, guides a small team, and maintains strong customer service while managing inventories, shipments, and safety compliance.

The role requires financial acumen, P&L oversight, and a proactive, data-driven approach to operations and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Ferguson is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Medford, OR. Waterworks Branch Operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong operational and financial competence.

Important Location Information:

This position is based in Medford, OR. While this posting may be visible in surrounding markets to attract a broader candidate pool, the role is not remote and requires working onsite in Medford. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Position Details:

• Reports to the Senior Branch Manager
• Direct oversight of 3 to 6 associates
• Manages branch volume of $12 - $15MM

Key Responsibilities:

Pay Range:

$4,766.67 - $7,625.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
