The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and contract oversight capabilities, with a focus on safety and quality across all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in lake maintenance, water management, or environmental services.
• Proven knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and aquatic systems management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all branch personnel.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple service lines to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager and service technicians to execute daily plans.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and assess service quality during site visits.
• Develop, forecast, and manage branch budgets and P&L performance.
• Drive minimum 20% year-over-year growth in branch revenue and profitability.
• Oversee maintenance of branch equipment and fleet readiness.
• Implement quality control protocols and conduct internal audits.
