Qualifications

• Management experience in vegetation management, landscaping, greens industry, or related field.
• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Greens Industry, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising, budgeting, operations management, facility management, and employee development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and daily job site activities.
• Ensure equipment, tools, safety supplies, and documentation are maintained.
• Assist with workforce scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct pre-job meetings with customers and employees.
• Monitor contract production, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, environmental, safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Recruit, interview, and help select employees.
• Conduct employee training and development programs.
• Support employee performance management and evaluations.
• Report workforce updates to the Branch Manager.
• Meet with prospective customers and evaluate account opportunities.
• Support bid preparation and pricing information gathering.
• Follow up on bids and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address service issues and monitor contract compliance.
