Job summary

Arbor Masters in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch safety, profitability, and daily operations. You will lead branch personnel, coordinate equipment, and ensure high standards of service for residential and commercial tree care.

The role encompasses budgeting, marketing plans, staffing, and performance reviews. You will collaborate with leadership to implement training paths, incentives, and timely customer estimates.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred.
• 3 years industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of tree care and safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directing, coordinating, and overseeing activities of branch personnel and equipment productivity.
• Creating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans for all branch operations.
• Communicating production goals and conduct performance reviews with field team members.
• Scheduling work with project coordinator and reviewing completed work.
• Ensuring crews are informed of changes and safety requirements.
