Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Dayton, OH to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding pest management services. The role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and a strong service mindset to retain customers and grow the business.

You'll oversee operations post-training, recruit and train staff across sales and service, and participate in community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation upon completion of training
• Demonstrate leadership development of others through coaching and training
• Deliver customer retention results with a service mindset
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement
• Drive revenue growth and manage daily team activities
• Oversee a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing expenses
• Recruit, select and train sales, service and customer service staff
• Willing to relocate within the region after 6-9 months of training
