Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in route-based service environment preferred.
• Commercial sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all branch aspects after training.
• Motivate and hold sales/service teams accountable for results.
• Drive customer retention with a motivated team.
• Mentor team through field evaluations and training.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Identify ops deficiencies and implement improvements.
• Recruit, select and train sales and service staff.
