Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team to achieve revenue growth and top customer satisfaction.
• Develop leadership and staff through coaching, evaluations, and training.
• Recruit, select, and train sales, service, and customer staff across the region.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training; manage P&L responsibilities.
