Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking ambitious individuals for its Manager Training Program in Surprise, Arizona. The program develops future branch managers by teaching the basics of the consumer finance industry and by requiring active contribution to the branch team during Phase I.

Candidates must relocate within a 45‑mile radius, be able to travel overnight if needed, and have a High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as needed.
• Ability to learn consumer finance basics and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Phase I covers consumer finance basics, credit and non-credit products, and branch operations.
• Contribute as a productive team member, generating loans and servicing a portion of the portfolio.
• Develop business relationships with merchants and establish a financing program.
