Job summary

Frederick Fox in North Tampa, FL is seeking an executive-minded Branch Manager to lead our North Tampa location (Lutz & Clearwater). You will own a $12M P&L and drive operational discipline across two yards, building a high-trust culture and metric-driven wins.

We are an industry leader in the facilities services space and are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and own our North Tampa location.

The Opportunity

Are you an operational leader who thrives on turning potential into performance? A premier national commercial field services provider is seeking an executive-minded Branch Manager to take the reins of a high-growth, $12M market in North Tampa.

This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” management role. You will inherit two established facilities (Lutz and Clearwater) with a deeply passionate team that is hungry for structure, process, and clear leadership. What You’ll Do

• Drive Operational Excellence: Establish, enforce, and refine standardized operating procedures across both yards to transform team enthusiasm into disciplined performance.
• Full P&L Ownership: Manage a $12M P&L with an eye on margin expansion, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization across two operational hubs.
• Lead from the Front: Active dual-site presence—spending meaningful time on the ground in Lutz while driving alignment in Clearwater.
• Build a Legacy Culture: Transition a high-potential team into a high-performing unit by setting clear expectations and celebrating metric-driven wins.

What You Bring

• Commercial Landscaping Expertise: Proven leadership experience within commercial landscape management is required.
• Systems Familiarity: Prior experience navigating enterprise-level landscape enterprise software, route optimization tools, and operational workflows.
• Turnaround Mindset: Demonstrated ability to step into complex environments, clean up legacy operational gaps, and establish sustainable processes.
• Dual-Site Agility: A hands-on leadership style capable of maintaining strong presence and accountability across multiple physical locations.

Location: North Tampa, FL (Supervising Lutz & Clearwater facilities)

Compensation: $125,000 — $140,000 Base Performance Bonus Relocation Assistance
