Job summary

You will recruit and train staff, build community relationships, and collaborate with partners to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales leadership experience (required)
3+ years of small business deposit/credit experience (required)
General understanding of financial statements and concepts (required)
Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports (required)
Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business (required)
Experience collaborating with partners such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking (required)
Strong public speaking and communication skills (required)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop branch team to deliver excellent client service and grow business.
Engage outside calling to small business clients; build community networks and referrals.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of teammates; ensure proper coverage.
Coach via observations, joint calls, training tools, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls; adherence to Branch Playbook.
