Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations at the Lakeland branch. You will drive revenue, manage production, and build a high‑performing team focusing on service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings roofing or construction leadership experience, a track record of scaling branches, and the ability to balance people management with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or related field.
• Strong command of roofing operations, sales processes, production workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage branch P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for the branch, overseeing sales, production, service, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, coach, and develop sales reps, PMs, and office staff to meet performance goals.
• Drive revenue growth through pipeline discipline and market-specific sales strategies.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, crew coordination, and project delivery timelines.
• Manage branch budgets, labor costs, and profitability targets.
