Herc Rentals in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Branch Manager ProSolutions to lead daily branch operations, drive revenue, ensure top-tier customer service, and develop a high-performing team to meet business goals.

In this role you will manage the branch P&L, oversee safety standards, fleet and inventory, coordinate with colleagues across the network, and implement training to grow profitability while upholding the company’s values.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.

• 5-7 years of relatable experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Purpose

The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals' branches. They oversee daily operations ensuing positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. Requirements

• High School or GED required, College Degree preferred
• 5-7 year of relatable experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 salary + quarterly profit share + vehicle
