Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager in Illinois to lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe and efficient service, and manage the financial results of the branch.

You will develop a one-year business plan, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth through a strong operational base while maintaining high health and safety standards. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of management experience in relevant industries.
• 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a one-year business plan aligned with corporate strategy.
• Enhances area strategic positioning and grows the business.
• Maintains safety standards and ensures health and safety are priorities.
• Develops and maintains strong customer relationships through excellent service.
