Job summary

Greenix is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-growth team and maintain World Class Service in our pest control operations. You will drive day-to-day branch performance, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to expand market presence.

requirements include a valid driver’s license, prior management experience, and a willingness to be hands-on in field and office tasks; pest control experience is a plus. This role offers weekly pay and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous Management experience.
• Pest Control experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team works effectively and delivers World Class Service.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, HR, and sales.
• Have a hands-on approach and support expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs and perform office duties on Mondays and Fridays.
