Job summary

Greenix is seeking a Branch Manager in Omaha, NE to lead a high-performance pest control team. You will ensure world-class service, manage daily operations, and drive growth through effective supervision of staff, training, and safety compliance.

A hands-on leader who can oversee routes, office duties, and field visits will excel in this role. The ideal candidate has prior management experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience required.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Experience with sales and service delivery is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the team is working effectively, operating proficiently, and maintaining World Class Service
• Works closely with its branch employees to ensure that quality and timely work is delivered to every customer
• Oversees branch operations including the management of training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales
• Have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business
• Complete any routes from call-offs, perform office duties on Monday and Friday, and perform full-day visits with team members out in the field

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Previous Management experience
• Pest Control experience is a plus
• Experience with reporting software
