Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is hiring a Branch Manager for our Green Bay location. You will lead a team to deliver world-class service, oversee branch operations, and drive growth with hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in pest control or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with reporting software. This full-time role offers strong growth and a dynamic, community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous Management experience preferred.
• Pest Control experience a plus.
• Experience with reporting software advantageous.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team operates effectively and delivers World Class Service.
• Collaborate with branch staff to guarantee quality work for customers.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, HR and sales.
• Hands-on leader, support expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs and assist with field visits with the team.
