Job summary

Greenix Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team on the road across the United States. You will drive world-class service, manage day-to-day branch operations, and mentor staff to hit growth targets while upholding safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring prior management experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with reporting software. Pest control experience is a plus and a strong, energetic leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous Management experience.
• Pest Control experience is a plus.
• Experience with reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is working effectively and delivering world class service.
• Work closely with branch employees to ensure quality and timely work.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, HR and sales.
• Have a hands-on approach and contribute to expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes from call-offs and perform office duties on Mon & Fri.
