Arbor Metals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Honey Brook, PA location to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and manage profitability. You will work with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance to meet goals while promoting safety and a culture of integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership in a distribution/manufacturing setting, with strong financial and people-management skills. Travel may be required at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Experience managing branch operations, financial performance, budgets, and staff development.
• Strong financial acumen with data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to meet sales, profitability, productivity, quality, and overall performance.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Develop branch employees through coaching, evaluations, goal setting, and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
• Monitor P&L, expenses, and asset utilization to improve financial performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing coordination, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and processes support quality and efficiency.
• Communicate performance and objectives with employees to foster engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and other branches to share best practices.
