Securitybk in the United States seeks a Mortgage and Consumer Lender to support Retail and Sales. The role reports to the Assistant Vice President, Retail and Sales and the Chief Lending Officer, delivering prompt, courteous service and expanding client relationships.

The position requires leadership of branch operations, staff development, and a focus on meeting lending and deposit goals while maintaining information security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in retail banking.
• Experience with professional communications both vocal and written.
• Knowledge of branch duties including lending, new accounts, and deposit products; basic hardware/software experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises branch employees and may assume subordinate duties.
• Trains Customer Service Representatives and Universal Bankers.
• Drives retail sales goals and expands new business.
• Opens new accounts and handles estate asset processes.
• Ensures branch safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
