Regions Bank in Summerville, SC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead an engaged, high-performing team focused on helping customers achieve financial wellness. You will coach associates, drive branch sales and service goals, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, regional guidance, and personal accountability in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop and expand banking solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience.
• Active Life Insurance License within 12 months and continuing education for licensing requirements.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to moderate sized team of branch associates to drive new revenue and guide customers to Regions solutions.
• Conduct outside sales to generate new business while growing existing banking relationships.
• Educate customers and community about Regions products, including digital solutions for banking.
• Coach and develop staff through Regions' Sales, Service and Coaching process (iConnect).
• Provide coaching to strengthen product knowledge and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Ensure overall customer experience, including greeting and handling transactions when needed.
• Resolve escalated issues with guidance from leadership and HR.
• Manage recruitment and selection for the branch and collaborate with LOB partners.
