Responsibilities include market development, staff coaching, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions through digital product integration and sound risk management.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generates high value customer relationships through leveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships.
• Executes sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Incorporates FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage and coach branch team to meet FNB standards.
• Ensure branch operates with integrity, compliance, and security.
