Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation and drive revenue growth after training.
• Develop leadership in others through coaching and evaluations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and retention results.
• Motivate the team to achieve top‑notch service and performance.
• Oversee P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent across sales, service, and staff.
